Then this could be your next career opportunity. Your position In your new position as Director, Fabrication in the Rig & Marine division, you will take on the overall responsibility for our fabrication activities and play a key role in shaping the future of our execution capabilities.

You will be a key member of the Rig & Marine leadership team, responsible for setting the strategic direction for fabrication and ensuring strong alignment across fabrication, project management, and workshop operations.

You will also play a key role in driving the commercial development of the fabrication business, ensuring profitable growth, supporting business development activities, and contributing to strategic customer engagement and tender opportunities. You will lead and develop the fabrication area at our site in Esbjerg, where our fabrication setup works closely together with the Project Management function.
