To further strengthen NCC’s market position and leverage competence across NCC Business Area Building Nordics as well across the whole NCC Group, the business area is now looking for a segment lead to drive the development within the strategically important segment Healthcare. Segment Healthcare is one of Building Nordics four strategic segments which are identified as important drivers for profital growth.

The project portfolio within healthcare segment includes hospitals, prisons, health centers and homes for the aged. The role and key responsibilities As a segment lead, you are responsible for driving/leading and developing segment Healthcare in Business Area Building Nordics.

• Drive work with the healthcare segment strategy and ensure its effective implementation.
• Monitor the market and project opportunities within the segment.
