Retail Manager (maternity cover)

With a strong presence in the Danish market, we are currently seeking an experienced and dynamic Retail Manager to oversee our 15 stores across Denmark. This is a full-time maternity cover position for a duration of 10 months. We are looking to fill this position by mid November 2026.

RESPONSIBILITIES - Store Operations

- Oversee the day-to-day operations of 15 retail stores, ensuring a seamless and positive customer experience.

- Sales Management

- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed targets. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and take proactive measures to drive sales growth.

- Team Leadership

- Lead and inspire a team of store managers and retail staff. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, providing guidance and support to ensure team success.

- Visual Merchandising
