Fleet Superintendent

Country: Denmark. Fleet Superintendent Opportunity Would you like to play a key role in ensuring the safe, reliable and efficient operation of some of the world's largest container vessels? As Fleet Superintendent, you will be responsible for the technical and operational performance of a portfolio of vessels, balancing complex operational demands with long-term performance objectives.

Acting as the link between onboard leadership and shore-based stakeholders, you will be at the center of important decisions that directly impact safety, reliability and business performance. Reporting to the Fleet Director, you will have direct people management responsibility for the Masters and Chief Engineers assigned to the vessels in your portfolio.

As leader of leaders, you will be entrusted with developing strong maritime leaders, fostering high performance and ensuring that the vessels under your responsibility operate safely, efficiently and to the highest standards.
