Your position In your new position as Director, Fabrication in the Rig & Marine division, you will take on the overall responsibility for our fabrication activities and play a key role in shaping the future of our execution capabilities.

You will be a key member of the Rig & Marine leadership team, responsible for setting the strategic direction for fabrication and ensuring strong alignment across fabrication, project management, and workshop operations.

You will also play a key role in driving the commercial development of the fabrication business, ensuring profitable growth, supporting business development activities, and contributing to strategic customer engagement and tender opportunities.
