Transgenic Core Facility The Transgenic Core Facility (TCF) at the University of Copenhagen (KU) provides basic and advanced services to scientists in the areas of genetic modification both in mice and cell lines, embryonic stem cell derivation and manipulation, mouse embryo culture and manipulation, assisted reproduction technologies and cryopreservation (Core Facility for Transgenic Mice – University of Copenhagen).
