Join our Asset Finance Tribe and lead vendor delivery for a major Nordic business and platform transformation. We are looking for an experienced Technology Lead to help drive replacement of a complex legacy landscape with a shared Nordic leasing and equipment-finance platform.

You will work with business specialists, developers and delivery partners in an agile tribe with colleagues across the Nordics, Lithuania and India. The role as Deputy IT Lead You will join the tribe leadership alongside the Tribe Lead, IT Lead and Tribe Architect, working closely with the Programme Manager to support delivery operations for the platform rollout. Your focus will be on:

• - Driving the vendor relationship.
• Act as the main delivery contact and lead dialogue on progress, quality and contractual matters.
• - Holding the commercial line.
• Monitor SLAs, validate scope, challenge estimates and review invoices against delivery.
• - Managing dependencies.
• Coordinate dependencies across Group Credit, Group Finance and group platforms, escalating where needed.
