Working closely with the Training Project Manager, this role ensures that training initiatives are aligned with organizational goals and objectives. The Training Specialist creates and updates instructional materials, evaluates the impact of training, and continuously enhances training strategies based on industry trends and feedback.

The Training Specialist plays a crucial role in enhancing the skills and performance of our Offshore technicians. How You’ll Make an Impact - Collaborate with the Training Project Manager to design and develop training programs that are aligned with the organization’s goals and objectives, following the training development process.
