Bid Coordinator for Global Marine Team

To support our continued growth, we are looking for a collaborative and proactive Bid Coordinator to strengthen our work winning and bidding capabilities, to help us secure some of the most exciting projects across our markets.

You will be part of our mid-size and larger projects bidding teams where, in collaboration with members of the Marine Business Unit, you will be responsible for setting up the bidding process, ensuring compliance with tender material, and achieving timely delivery.

For bids that you are involved in, you will collaborate with the bid manager and wider team involved in the proposal to contribute to the proposal quality, i.e. the text, templates and graphics, and where appropriate the proposal strategy towards the end client.

As a natural pre-requisite you will be expected to organise, update and enhance our proposal material such as project references, capability statements, CVs, and keep track of previous proposal outcomes.
