Senior DevOps Engineer, Developer Experience

As part of our Platform Engineering department, the Developer Experience team is responsible for improving how software is built, tested, deployed, and maintained across Product Creation, our R&D organization.

We are looking for an experienced DevOps Engineer who is passionate about developer productivity, engineering excellence, and making it easier for software teams to deliver high-quality solutions. Ultimately, you will help shape and operate the tooling and platforms used by engineers across Product Creation.

The role

As a Senior DevOps Engineer in the Developer Experience team, you will play a key role in modernizing and standardizing software delivery practices across Product Creation. You will work closely with development teams, architects, engineering leaders, and security specialists to create a seamless development experience built around automation, self-service capabilities, and modern engineering standards.

Your role will be within developer experience, CI/CD, GitHub Actions, engineering enablement and security.
