Senior Business Analyst

We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst to play an important role in refining our store and range planning strategies. Our Senior Business Analyst, in our Range & Space Planning team, will play a key role in enhancing sales performance through data analytics and structured thinking.

This role leverages data-driven insights to assess and refine store and range planning strategies, while balancing commercial and operational priorities across our owned and operated store network. As our Senior Business Analyst, you will provide competitor benchmarking, department performance analysis, and develop structured methodologies to maximize return within our store network.

You will also navigate complex stakeholder relationships, align priorities and deadlines across functions, and act as a mentor and day-to-day manager for a junior analyst. This role suits a data archaeologist who digs deep into numbers with genuine curiosity, asks the right questions, and connects analytical findings to commercial outcomes.
