• In this dynamic role, you will actively support and drive periodic forecasting and budgeting processes for the EMEA and Americas region.
• You will collaborate closely with commercial stakeholders to enhance financial transparency and profitability through key performance indicators (KPIs) and diligent analysis of topline and cost development.
• Your responsibilities include communicating sales performance insights to management and sales representatives, enabling profitability-driven decision making.

You will monitor and report financial and operational performance monthly to management and relevant stakeholders, develop and present management reporting, dashboards, and performance insights, and work with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze both financial and non-financial KPIs, such as costs, receivables, and headcount.

Additionally, you will conduct various analyses to support decision-making processes, participate in and lead key business-related projects, and handle other ad hoc tasks as required.
