The job

As Product Manager for SitaWare Insight, you will work alongside our Business Product Manager and development teams to turn operational needs into concrete product features. You will be the voice of the customer and end-user, guiding the team’s day-to-day work and helping us to show what our data and AI platform can do for command and control (C2). In short, you can look forward to:

- guiding the development team’s day-to-day work, translating operational requirements into concrete features for SitaWare Insight - representing the voice of the customer and end-user, including prioritising fixes and change requests through our change control boards - using Insight’s own toolset – dashboards, data import and agents – to build examples that show customers and colleagues 1 …
