You will independently deliver defined solution components, determine whether a problem calls for conventional software, a predictive model, retrieval-grounded GenAI or a carefully bounded agentic workflow, and contribute to technical and product decisions that shape how AI improves health outcomes across a global healthcare company.

What you'll bring

• We are looking for candidates who enjoy translating technology into business impact.
• Deep expertise in selected areas is valued, but you are not expected to excel across every aspect of AI engineering.
• - Typically 2+ years of experience building AI or software products; demonstrated scope and capability matter more than tenure alone.
• - Experience taking AI-centric applications from idea to production or contributing to a product or platform team.
• - Hands-on experience operating AI in production, including evaluation, monitoring, reliability and cost-performance trade-offs.
