P&PS is accelerating its AI agenda in support of that ambition. As Associate Director, AI Strategy, you will define and drive the AI strategy for Product & Portfolio Strategy (P&PS) at Novo Nordisk.

You will translate P&PS priorities and Enterprise AI direction into a focused AI agenda—shaping which opportunities to prioritise and where to direct investment for greatest business value. Your work will connect AI ambition with disciplined execution—helping P&PS strengthen long-term portfolio competitiveness, sharpen global strategies and enable successful launches.

What you'll bring

A Master's degree in Business Administration, Strategy, Digital, Computer Science, Engineering, Life Sciences or a related field. An equivalent combination of education and substantial relevant experience may be considered.
