You will connect local training teams with strategic initiatives, turning learning into measurable progress.

Your work will directly improve how colleagues build the skills they need to deliver quality, meet GxP standards and contribute to better health outcomes for people living with serious chronic diseases.

What you'll bring

• A relevant degree in Learning & Development, Educational Psychology, Human Resources, Organisational Development or a similar field.
• - At least 2 years of experience working with learning and training activities.
• - Experience with stakeholder management and organisational change.
• - Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies, preferably cLEAN®.
• - Comfort working with data to identify opportunities and drive improvements.
• - Fluency in English.
• - Strong communication skills with the ability to build trust and collaborative relationships.
• - A proactive, structured and solution-oriented approach to complex challenges.

Useful, but not essential:

• - Experience from a production or operational environment.
