Senior Technician, Mammalian Upstream Manufacturing At AGC Biologics in Søborg, upstream manufacturing is where science becomes medicine. Every day, our teams work with advanced cell culture processes to produce biologic therapies that support patients around the world.

As a Senior Technician in Upstream Manufacturing, you will play a key role in executing and supporting critical steps in the mammalian cell culture production process. Working in one of Denmark’s most advanced GMP facilities, you will help ensure that complex biologic processes run safely, reliably, and with the highest quality standards.

This role offers the opportunity to work hands-on with modern bioreactor systems and cell culture technologies while collaborating with colleagues across manufacturing, science, and quality. Your expertise and attention to detail will contribute directly to delivering therapies for international biotech and pharmaceutical partners.
