169263 Søg stillingen Do you want to study how people search for solutions and make decisions - and how their strategies compare with those of teams and AI? We are looking for a research-oriented student assistant, potentially from cognitive science, for the AUFF project Designing Organizational Search:

• A Tournament Study at the Department of Management.
• Using a game-based platform, we study complex problem-solving by individuals, teams, AI agents, and potentially human-AI teams.
• You will help design and develop the platform as a research instrument and analyze the processes that shape performance.
• What you’ll be working on Please note that you do not need to be able to do all of the following, but preferably at least some of them.
• - Help develop and test the project's web-based problem-solving game, including task design, front and backend, experimental conditions, participant flow, and behavioral data logging.
