Your new role As Manager in API Fermentation and Recovery, you will lead a well-functioning team of approximately 15 operators working in a three-shift setup. With strong foundations already in place and a department in development, you will play a key role in shaping how we work tomorrow.

You will be responsible for delivering business objectives within safety, quality, delivery, and cost while fostering a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, and accountability. In this role, you will:
