We are looking for an experienced Endpoints & Network Operations Manager to lead hardware and network operations across EMEA and APAC, ensuring our stores are equipped with reliable, secure, and high-performing technology that supports exceptional customer experiences.

This is a highly visible leadership role where you'll drive operational excellence, lead large-scale transformation initiatives, and help establish a globally aligned operating model for retail technology infrastructure across one of the world's leading jewellery brands.

About the Role & Team As part of Pandora's Digital & Technology organisation within CCC Operations, you will be responsible for the strategy, governance, and operational delivery of retail endpoint and network services across EMEA and APAC.

You will work closely with regional operations teams, infrastructure specialists, global stakeholders, and external service providers to ensure a stable, scalable, and efficient technology environment across our retail stores.
