Are you good at keeping things organised, leading a team and ensuring high standards? Then you could be our new Service Manager at Spejlblank Rengøring. We are looking for a full-time Service Manager to help ensure that our customers receive excellent service and that our employees have everything they need to deliver great results.

You will play a key role in our daily operations, working closely with both customers and cleaning staff. We are looking for someone who takes responsibility, follows through and enjoys a role that combines planning with regular visits to customer sites.

Your responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate daily cleaning operations.
• - Lead, motivate and support employees.
• - Introduce and train new team members.
• - Carry out quality checks and ensure that our work meets the standards agreed with customers.
