R&D Laboratory & Equipment Manager (Electronics Test & Measurement)

We are looking for an experienced R&D Laboratory & Equipment Manager to support and enable efficient testing across our R&D organization. You will join our Integration, Test & Verification function and be the technical lead for a newly established laboratory team. This is a unique opportunity to build structures and processes, that ensures our engineers always have reliable, safe, and fit for purpose test equipment.

The Role Our radar systems span multiple engineering disciplines, including power electronics, mechanics, analogue and digital electronics, RF and microwave design. This complexity requires state-of-the-art test equipment, structured lab operations, and close collaboration across R&D, production, and aftermarket teams.
