Additional locations: Hillerod. FUJIFILM Biotechnologies is seeking a Global Mobility Specialist to help shape and execute our immigration strategy and global mobility programs. Partnering with our Director, Global Mobility and external advisers, you’ll be the first point of contact for international assignments, cross-border recruitment, and relocations worldwide—ensuring compliance and a seamless employee experience.

You’ll collaborate with external partners, counsel business and People & Culture stakeholders on immigration and tax compliance, and support employees through international assignments and relocations. You’ll also provide administrative support to our Total Rewards Centre of Excellence to keep programs running smoothly.

Main Responsibilities and Activities

- Support the creation of global mobility policies, procedures, and guidelines that are compliant with global regulations. - Conduct trainings for managers and internal stakeholders on global mobility policies and processes. - Manage and administrate the end-to-end process of global mobility assignments & cross border recruitment, including relocation, immigration, tax, and compliance.
