About the role

As our Workplace Operations & Project Specialist, you'll help transform the workplace into a place of little everyday magic, where operations run seamlessly, projects are delivered with care, and thoughtful details make colleagues feel inspired every day.

Reporting to the Copenhagen Hub Manager and part of the Workplace Operations and Experience team, you'll support the smooth running of our Copenhagen Hub while driving operational excellence and coordinating projects that improve how our workplace functions.

Working closely with facility partners, vendors, and stakeholders across the organization, you'll shape a workplace where practical solutions meet playful touches, and continuous improvements make a visible difference.
