People Partner for Corporate Affairs - Maternity Cover

Country: Denmark. We are seeking a People Partner to join our Headquarter People Partnering organisation in Copenhagen, supporting the Global Corporate Affairs Function on a maternity cover basis for a 12 month period. Our People Partners are the glue of the People Function organisation. The primary responsibilities can be grouped into three areas:

- Full ownership of HR annual cycle activities including Salary reviews, Workforce Planning, the Performance cycle, Engagement etc. - Supporting the planning and execution of strategic HR projects and initiatives - Developing and facilitating workshops, and providing sparring to our business leaders Our People Partners play a key role in ensuring a great HR experience for our leaders and employees across HQ and beyond.

Key responsibilities
