FP&A Manager

Employment type: FULLTIME. Requisition: 8441928. We are looking for an FP&A Manager to join our global Financial Planning and Analysis team. The ideal candidate brings strong analytical capabilities and stakeholder management skills, and thrives in a fast-paced, international environment.

This is an individual contributor role (no people leadership), offering the opportunity to drive impact through analysis and cross-functional influence. In FP&A we are working in the space between Finance and the Business, supporting the financial decision-making process by understanding what drives business performance and the actions needed to support the strategic direction.

You will join a small, tight-knit FP&A team within the broader global Finance Partnering & Planning and Pricing department (10 colleagues), anchored within the CFO area – an engaging, globally oriented team focused on delivering value to both 3Shape and to the professional growth of our team members. The position is based at 3Shape's headquarters in Copenhagen.
