CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

We are seeking a customer-oriented representative to service our customer accounts. Accuracy and efficiency are key, and the ability to work with a small team, pitching in when needed to best service customers. If you are patient and empathetic to customer needs, passionate about design and/or furniture, with a keen attention to detail, you will thrive in this role.

This is a full-time role and you will be based in our distribution center in Burlington NJ.

Customer Service Representative Responsibilities

- Work closely with the sales team and clients to ensure orders are entered timely and accurately.
