About the role

Be part of the movement - and play your part. As Excellence & Engagement Manager in the Global Health, Safety & Security Team, you will be part of the continuous strengthening of DFDS’ health, safety and security culture. This is a new global role, and we expect you to participate in shaping and developing it.

We anticipate that you will contribute by developing, implementing and continuously improving the frameworks, standards, tools, learning processes, communications and engagement activities that enable a strong Health, Safety & Security (HSS) performance across DFDS landside operations.

You will be responsible for ensuring consistent and effective deployment of group-wide HSS initiatives across DFDS operations area, supporting operational teams in anchoring safe and secure behaviors.
