Lyngby, onsite, plus expected travel days Your impact begins here We are strengthening our leadership capacity within Manufacturing Science & Transfers and creating a dedicated team within Environmental Monitoring or HVAC. As Associate Director, your most important task will be to build a strong, high-performing team of approximately 10–11 experienced specialists.

You will create clarity, trust and accountability while helping the team use its expertise effectively across our manufacturing network. This is a people leadership role in a complex global environment, where your ability to lead specialists matters as much as your technical understanding. What you’ll bring Strong people leadership is essential for this role.

We are looking for someone who has already experienced the reality of leading people. Including team development, performance challenges, difficult conversations and the work required to turn individual experts into a strong team.
