Backup Consultant (IBM Spectrum Protect / Commvault)

We are currently looking for an experienced Backup Consultant to join our Backup Services team in Prague, Brno or Ostrava.

Your responsibilities as a Backup Consultant You will become part of Aeven's Backup Services team, responsible for the daily operation, administration, maintenance, and continuous improvement of enterprise backup environments. The role combines operational responsibilities with consulting and project activities, with a strong focus on maintaining stable and reliable backup services for our customers.

Participation in a regular on-call rotation is mandatory and typically covers approximately one week per month. Your primary responsibilities will be:

• - Performing day-to-day administration, operation, monitoring, and maintenance of IBM Spectrum Protect (formerly Tivoli Storage Manager – TSM) environments.
• - Supporting daily operations of Commvault environments, including monitoring, troubleshooting, backup validation, and service improvements.
