Senior IoT Services Manager

We are looking for... a Senior IoT Services Manager to own end-to-end customer-facing project management, installer relationships, and IoT technical account management for their region.

You'll be the primary point of contact for customers, sales, and installers during deployment — and the primary technical point of contact for device, fleet, and IoT solution health once customers are live, guiding them from installation through fleet-health optimization and ongoing device lifecycle support.
