Senior Manager, Global Commercial Finance - Interim

We are seeking an exceptional commercial finance leader to join Global Commercial Finance for a 12-14 month maternity cover. This highly visible role will partner senior business leaders and bring financial insight, commercial judgement and constructive challenge to some of Pandora's most important strategic priorities. The portfolio may evolve as the team develops.

We are therefore looking for a versatile, impact-oriented leader who can quickly understand new areas, create structure and build trusted partnerships in a complex global organisation. Purpose of the role Act as a trusted finance partner to senior commercial leaders, translating strategy and performance into clear choices, executable plans, measurable value and actionable insights.

The role combines strategic thinking with hands-on delivery, supporting selected global priorities while helping Global Commercial Finance become more proactive, insight-led and commercially focused.
