Are you ready to help shape financial performance management across Europe? We are looking for a Manager, Europe Finance who will play a central role in planning, forecasting, reporting and business partnering providing insights that support profound decisions and regional performance.

As our new Manager, Europe Finance in the Europe Finance team, you will manage and develop financial planning and performance management processes across the European region, working closely with regional leadership, local finance teams, and Global FP&A. The team you will be part of:

• You will join the Europe Finance organisation, which supports the Hearing business across the region through financial planning, analysis, reporting and decision support.
• The team works closely with local markets and regional leaders to provide transparent performance insights and enable value-focused decisions.
• We promote a collaborative, trusted and improvement-oriented team environment, where different perspectives are valued and where finance partners closely with the business to deliver quality outcomes.
