Reporting to the VP, Research & Innovation, you will build a forward-looking standards and regulations capability that helps GN identify emerging developments early, make informed strategic choices and engage credibly in the forums shaping future requirements. The Team you will be part of:

• Research & Innovation helps shape GN’s technology direction and supports the development of intelligent audio, video and gaming solutions.
• The function connects technology insight, product ambitions and external developments to help GN prepare for what is next.
• You will work closely with colleagues across R&D, Product, Legal, regional teams and other subject-matter experts.
• Together, we aspire to create clarity from complexity, enable early action and ensure standards and regulations support product innovation and market access.
