Senior Manager, Analytical Development

Join us in this newly established Senior Manager role and help shape the future of analytical development for Small Molecules. Your new role In this role, you will:

• - Lead and develop a team of analytical scientists and technicians, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability and continuous learning.
• - Drive analytical development activities across Lundbeck’s small-molecule portfolio, ensuring high scientific quality and timely project delivery.
• - Provide strategic and technical leadership within analytical development and characterization.
• - Collaborate closely with stakeholders across CMC, Quality, Regulatory Affairs, and Manufacturing to enable successful drug development.
• - Contribute to the continued growth and development of the Analytical Development organization through talent development, resource planning, and continuous improvement.
• You will work alongside dedicated and highly skilled colleagues in a collaborative and science-driven environment, where you will have the opportunity to shape a newly established leadership position.
