We are seeking dedicated interns eager to gain hands-on experience in optimizing processes, facilitating workshops, analyzing data, creating dashboards, and supporting improvement initiatives within the biopharmaceutical manufacturing sector. This internship offers a unique opportunity to contribute to dynamic projects emphasizing LEAN, performance, and Shingo methodologies in Drug Substance Manufacturing.

While you will have the autonomy to work independently, robust support and guidance are available whenever required, with a strong emphasis on mentoring during your initial month to ensure seamless integration and skill development. We are looking for four interns, each bringing their unique strengths:

• - Data-Oriented Intern to support analytics and reporting efforts.
• - Hands-On Shop Floor Intern to assist with on-ground activities and improvements.
• - 3D Printing Enthusiast to contribute to prototyping and creative tasks.
• - Intern with a Quality mindset, contributing to our compliance level on site.
