As Accounting & Tax Manager Northern Europe, you play a key leadership role in shaping a modern, high-performing finance function across the region. You are responsible for ensuring full compliance and financial integrity, while also driving standardization, efficiency and continuous improvement in accounting and tax processes.

Acting at the intersection of local markets, global teams and external stakeholders, you will have a direct impact on how finance operates across Northern Europe. You will lead the transition towards a cluster-based operating model, building and managing one integrated multi-country team and ensuring it delivers consistent, high-quality outcomes across all markets.
