Job Description We’re looking for a proactive and curious Student Worker to join our Sustainable Operations team. You will be supporting driving LEGO Group's energy decarbonization agenda through data analytics, reporting, project coordination, and stakeholder communication.

The role offers hands-on experience in sustainability strategy implementation, energy management, carbon reporting, and renewable energy initiatives while supporting key business decisions and climate commitment. Core responsibilities - Support energy data analysis, forecasting, and consumption modelling to inform sustainability and operational decision-making.

- Perform calculations and business case assessments for energy efficiency and decarbonization projects, supporting investment approvals and savings reporting. - Provide administrative support for project tracking, team activities, and follow-up actions. - Develop data visualizations, dashboards, and management reporting in Excel and PowerPoint to support decision-making and strategic oversight.
