About the role

As our Head of Softlines, Licensing & Extended Line, you'll shape the future direction of the Softlines portfolio within the LEGO Group's Licensing & Extended Line business. Based in Copenhagen, you'll define the category strategy and roadmap, build a focused and high-quality portfolio, and lead relationships with licensing partners to deliver both brand impact and commercial success.

You'll also lead the Softlines team and play a key role in the Licensing & Extended Line Leadership Team, collaborating with colleagues and partners across a global network. Required Qualifications - Strong background and proven track record within apparel, ideally with a premium brand. - Worked on Softlines partnerships (ideally with outbound licensing strategies in a global or multi-market environment).
