About the role

As our Head of Hardlines, Licensing & Extended Line, you'll define and lead the future strategy for the Hardlines licensed business within the LEGO Group. Based in Copenhagen, you'll shape the category roadmap, grow and optimize the product portfolio, and build strong licensing partnerships that extend the reach of the LEGO® brand.

You'll lead a small team, work closely with stakeholders across product development, creative, and commercial functions, and play an active role on the Licensing & Extended Line Leadership Team. Required Qualifications - Delivered solid track record of outbound licensing experience with a strong focus on Hardlines, ideally in a global environment.
