R&D Performance Management is part of Commercial Finance within Corporate Finance. As a Finance Manager within R&D Performance Management, you will own and develop the financial frameworks used to assess, prioritise and track innovation across the company – combining business-case expertise with strong commercial understanding and a gatekeeping mindset.

You will work with investment decisions from day one and have a direct influence on shaping the innovations Coloplast brings to market.
