Your role and team

We are looking for a Project Lead, Customer Enablement & Governance who will establish and lead our customer software implementation capability. You will own customer onboarding from project initiation through go-live and initial hypercare support, ensuring a structured and frictionless experience for new customers.

You will be part of Customer Enablement and Governance and act as the primary program interface between customers and UNEEG. The role coordinates commercial, technical, clinical, legal/data privacy, cybersecurity and quality stakeholders, while the relevant specialists remain accountable for their evidence and decisions.
