The role

We are looking for an ambitious Discipline Lead to our Ports and Geo Team to join our office in Høje Taastrup in Denmark. At WSP Denmark, we work on exciting and complex port and marine projects. As part of our growth ambitions, we are looking to strengthen our Ports and Geotechnical business with a dedicated leader.

We are seeking an experienced Ports engineer with a strong background in the design and delivery of port and marine projects to strengthen our team. You will play a central leadership role in business development, project delivery, project management, and client acquisition within a dynamic consulting environment.

Your team You will lead WSP Denmark's Ports and Geotechnics team, currently comprising approximately 10 highly skilled engineers and specialists working across port infrastructure, marine engineering, coastal and geotechnical disciplines.

The team delivers projects ranging from feasibility studies and concept development to detailed design and construction support for some of Denmark's most important infrastructure assets.
