In this role, you will hold overall commercial, budget, and profit responsibility for sales across Denmark, driving growth through direct channels to professional roofers and via specification sales to prescribers. You will execute strategic national plans, lead and develop a sales team of 3 professionals, and serve as a key member of the Nordic Commercial Flat Leadership team.

Reporting directly to the Finland-based Commercial Director Flat Nordic, you can be based either from a home office or at our Danish headquarters in Nørresundby. Your main responsibilities will be:

• - Budget and performance responsibility for commercial operations.
• - Further develop and implement sales strategies in line with the Group's goals.
• - Be the driving force in the professionalisation and development of the sales organisation in accordance with market and customer expectations and signed agreements.
