Purpose of Role Lead delivery of real estate portfolio optimization and transformation through construction, refurbishment, relocation, consolidation, and workplace projects. Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and aligned with business priorities while supporting footprint optimization, capital investment decisions, and long-term value creation.

Key Responsibilities - Lead end-to-end delivery of real estate and workplace transformation projects across the global portfolio. - Translate portfolio strategies into executable project plans and delivery roadmaps. - Define project scope, budgets, schedules, governance, and success criteria. - Coordinate consultants, contractors, landlords, and service providers to achieve delivery objectives.
