You will play a key role in ensuring a strong safety culture across the Nordic countries, and since you can live anywhere in Denmark, you will enjoy great flexibility in your everyday life.

Your tasks

In your daily work at Vestas, you will be responsible for tying everything together and ensuring that your HSE specialists thrive and have the right competencies for the individual construction projects. You create results by sharing important lessons learned across projects. - You will hold regular 1:1 meetings with your employees, focusing on their well-being and performance.
