About the job

As an IT Specialist for Commercial Retail Applications, you will become part of the Retail Product team within Arla IT. Your primary focus will be supporting Visualfabriq, a key SaaS solution used for promotion planning and trade investment management across Arla markets. You also will contribute to supporting other retail solutions ad hoc.

You will work closely with business users, vendors, super users, and other IT teams to ensure stable operations, efficient support, and continuous improvement of the solution.
