Working as a Student Assistant at Department of Economics At the Department of Economics (ECON), Copenhagen Business School (CBS) we regard it a central task to explain what motivates decision-makers, how economic institutions are — or should be — designed, and whether the interaction between institutional design and motivation leads to an efficient or optimal outcome from society's point of view.

Our research is often related to specific challenges facing different organizations. We are looking for one (perhaps more) student assistants to support our research and work an average of 15 hours per week, but there is a large degree of flexibility, including during exam periods. Tasks in the position The student assistant will contribute to research on wages, employment, and production.

Research topics may include, but are not limited to, the reallocation of workers across firms and the determinants of individual wages and career trajectories.
