As Senior Talent Acquisition Partner, you will lead complex and business-critical recruitment across Pandora’s Global Office. You will operate with a high degree of independence, partnering closely with senior hiring leaders, HR Directors and other stakeholders to translate organisational priorities into effective hiring strategies and outcomes.

You will provide expert advice, constructively challenge assumptions and proactively manage delivery, stakeholder alignment and recruitment risk. Alongside your recruitment portfolio, you will own selected Global Office Talent Acquisition capabilities or initiatives and coach colleagues to strengthen recruitment quality and consistency across the team.
