About the role

As our Marketing Operations Manager, you'll join the LEGO® Group on a 12‑month contract and help ensure marketing planning data is accurate, reliable, and consistent across internal planning platforms and external media agency systems. You'll drive operational excellence, resolve integration and process issues, and act as a key link between business stakeholders, technology teams, and external partners.

This is an opportunity to influence how marketing planning operates at scale while helping teams make confident, evidence-based decisions. Please note that this is a 12-months cover role based in our LEGO Campus, Billund. No relocation assistance is offered.
